What are the system requirements to use Brainshark?
Brainshark is designed for a PC-based environment. While users may experience success on Mac, Linux, Unix, or Sun systems, they are not fully supported at this time.
Your PC needs a web browser such as Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator to
view internet content. This computer must be connected to the Web via a Modem or Network connection of at least 28.8K or faster. Your computer must also have a sound card installed which will allow it to convert sound files to audible sound, and speakers, which will allow you to hear that sound. Finally, you will need Real Audio Player or Windows Media Player, both of which are free downloads and will allow files to be understood as sound files. If your PC does not have a sound card and speakers and standard audio player, you may choose to experience the audio portion of Brainshark via the telephone.
